Employees should always have a choice of whether or not to join a union. We are hurting job growth in Missouri by not becoming a Right to Work State. In states that have right to work laws, job growth has risen, but states that do not have a negative job growth. We need to do all we can to promote job growth in Missouri and increase our overall economy.
